

I felt the process was not well defined and when it came time to enter a new phase it took too long regardless of the paperwork that was provided to them by me. There always seemed to be another piece of paperwork that was a must have that day! Your customers do work for a living and being more organized would have been appreciated.



our entire experience from the beginning working with your lighthouse program to finalizing every detail in the end was such a joy. We truly had a great time!But i do have to give a HUGE shout out Garrett H. I hope to one day meet him in person to shake his hand. He went a above and beyond what was called of him. You see there was a mistake made and Garrett became aware of it just before closing. He informed us what was going on the entire time. We were scared that we were going to lose the house. Garrett told us, "i will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure you don't. Your family, is exactly why we have this company"Well he is a man of his word!!!We closed on our home. And thank you thank you thank you to Garrett.

I was bothered by having to sign many of the same forms several times by hand and then digitally. There are so many forms to be signed with so much fine print, I wish the process were more refined to minimize resigning (unless information on the form changes due to process).
