I am a happy and satisfied home buyer

My experience with Veterans United was nothing less than exceptional. Every single person I came in contact with was highly professional, motivated, and goal oriented towards my needs, I can't say enough about everyone.

underwriters very detailed and the request for information stretched out. However, I understand the necessity for requesting back up proof

I can't really say enough positive things about Harris Giger, Lisa Griffin, and all the others during our mortgage process. I was never in the dark or wondering about what comes next!! It was a tremendous experience that I will certainly recommend to all in the future!

Every person we dealt with along the way was upstanding and very helpful.

I needed ,,,, some credit cleaned up and they helped me do that,,, it took time to do,,, I have learned a lot,,

They were always attentive to my emails and phone calls. If there was something I needed clarification on, they were more than willing to explain things to me.

John and Kenna were outstanding. They made me feel like a person again who deserved to have a home. In spite of life's twist and turns they keep focus on the bottom line giving a homeless disabled veteran a chance to own the American dream.

so helpful, couldn't have none it without them

Communication was poor. We requested "no escrow" but it was done anyway and when questioned was told "escrow is mandatory with the company." We don't know that unless we're told ahead of time. We were not given a lot of help with the technical part and papers sent had confusing technical language and were duplicated without an explanation of what they were. It seemed to be a problem that we (as seniors) did not text and do all of the other high tech things, and kept getting rushed to send stuff back. When papers were sent and there were questions, it took forever to get an explanation.

Mike Mnage and his entire team are absolutely wonderful.
