I was just browsing one day thinking owning a home would be impossible. I had tried a couple times in the weeks before, and the results were grim.Something told me to try one more time. And let me tell you I was blown away by the kindness and understanding of Kimberly and Amber. I know they have a full team of support, but I dealt with them most of the time. They made every step so easy. Amber was there for me as if I was the only one every time I called. I never left a message for her. The same I can say for Kimberly.. Kimberly would be working late, and always pick up my calls. Alerting me of some minor issues that could have been deal breakers the team was there for me every step of the way.You hear people saying: "We will make things easy for you, and if you have questions give us a call." This time it was all true all the way.

The website/ online interface was great, easy to use and helpful. As a first time homebuyer the education videos and information given out was extremely helpful. I watched way more of them than I initially thought i would.
This experience has been a joy and I don’t think it would have went so smooth had I used any other company. Thank you guys so much.

This was very first experience buying a home. Samantha Rustemeyer was amazing! I was nervous, I had a million questions and when I would get excited I would ramble but Samantha listened, informed me and laughed along with for the entire journey. It was worth every second of each high and low.

We have bought, sold & refinanced homes over 20 + times in approx. 6-7 different states, using both title companies and attorney offices. The experience with Veterans United was by far THE WORST, HAND DOWN! When you think you are going to closing and get told last minute there are "tests" that need to be done that could have been done earlier, that is ridiculous! We must have been told about going to closing 3-4 + times, we Lost Count! The attorneys office told us several times that VU was one of the most Unprofessional Mortgage companies they ever dealt with, FYI---we have used that office numerous times for closings, land deals, etc.
