Will McCullah & the entire team went over & above again & again for me, from the beginning I felt as if I was dealing with friends from my old neighborhood.

The process was quick, and very painless. I am very pleased.

Everyone was great! Quick follow up when we had question.

On top of everything. If something was not correct it was fixed immediately. Very satisfied!

I couldn't have hoped for an easier experience.

Mike Dianies and his team where great at helping me secure my loan. They guided me through the process and helped me with any questions that I had. Gina Overshiner was the main personthat I contacted by phone if I needed to discuss any problems and she was fantastic. My mom passed away during the loan process and Mike's team even sent flowers. I would recommend to any veteran that that use this companys great service.

Quick to action; very helpful; they all made this an easy process to work through.

I was very impressed how quickly Veterans United Home Loans got me approved for a home loan. Great staff.

Loan team made themselves available for questions I had throughout the process and were prompt to respond to calls and emails.

It was my first time applying for a VA home loan, and the experience was pain free.

Jake Kraft deserves high praise for his efforts regarding my home loan and how proficient the process was.

Veterans United processed 2 loans for us. We were very satisfied with the whole process. Very helpful and always kept us informed.

VUHL have great sales people but, they are unprofessional when it comes to closing on your home loan in a timely manner. I was promised a estimated closing date multiple times and was then sent additional paperwork because they didn't know that they had to include it in the package. They said my loan application was an extremely unique case. The VA said that they exhibit this unprofessional attitude and do this constantly. When you get upset with this behavior, they act surprised.

My only recommendation would be to work with other State programs. For instance IL offers a 1st buyers credit that would have provided additional funds at closing.
