Speaking as a first time homebuyer using the VA loan, I can’t recommend VU enough. They know how to masterfully navigate the VA, their portal is extremely user friendly, their communication is great - 10/10 all around. We were facing a short closing deadline and were told by other lenders we’d never get a VA loan approved in that short timeframe - Brad and the VU team embraced the challenge and worked through the holidays and had us cleared to close with plenty of time to spare. If you’re a veteran feeling unfamiliar with the whole process, VU will guide you step by step through your unique situation. Additionally, they partner with several companies to get you great deals on movers, home security, etc.
We loved how patient everyone was with the process. Samantha Killian was my absolute favorite to work with!! She helped us over the span of 2+ years to get us approved. She answered sooo many questions and we wouldn't be here without her hard work. Each person we encountered at Veterans United was amazing!! We had a fantastic loan team who also answered our questions day and night. We appreciate all your efforts.
This was the first house my wife and I bought and we were very nervous. Jason and his team did an outstanding job working with us every step of the way to ensure we were taken care of. Everything was great! Marcus, Haley and Dalton were awesome through the whole process. This was our second time utilizing VU. and would do it again!
