My first contact was with Nathan Anderson on a Friday. I felt so comfortable with him, I had no qualms about giving him my information and then I realize over the weekend that I have given someone my information not knowing exactly who he was. After a little investigation, I discovered that he was a representative with Veterans United and I felt even more at ease. During the next week I started communicating with Nathan and his team and I have been on the most trusting ride towards home ownership one could ever hope for.
Jackie O’Brien was great to deal with during the loan process. She always responded promptly to questions and was knowledgable about the loan.Justin Fritz was the originator and initial contact. Although contact with him was short he was cordial, knowledgeable and patient with questions.
