Process was very professional, done extremely well, and ultimately very satisfying. Sam Brown is an amazing customer service rep. He kept me informed, which is extremely important. Answered every question I had and guided me along the way. I feel like I made a new friend with him. The highest compliment I could give is, as a former supervisor, I wish I had him work for me. He'd be one of my best. Very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, and friendly. I appreciate the hard word Monica did, and the rest of the team behind the scenes. Way to go all Ya'll.
Generally the process was quick.
Were good and easy to work with. Great for me (first time home owner). Only thing I would change is that maybe information being pushed out a little quicker

Logan was very helpful and easy to reach. He responded quickly to questions and offered some additional help as we included an upgrade of our HVAC system. He made sure we were kept aware of where we were in the process and kept us on the correct timeline to closing.
