I had originally applied for a loan with another institution, but was rejected and not offered any other options. just let me say this - I have own 4 houses; one townhouse and one condo. The total paper work of these 6 homes did not total the amount of paper work involved in owning the current home - most of my homes were mortgaged thru the Navy Federal Credit Union. Suggestion - reduce paper work!
