From the very beginning starting with the Lite program to closing, I have been extremely happy with the service I received.
We had always heard that going through the VA for a home mortgage would be a trying ordeal but our experience was smooth. Whenever we had a question we called Nick and he always got back to us that day. We were worried one weekend about something and Nick called us back as soon as he finished shoveling his snow. Veterans United is an amazing group and I would recommend them to all my family and friends then only down side was that as someone who was new to the home loan, rent, or ownership several of the terms and processes were unfamiliar and I needed someone else to explain.
My only frustration was the VA appraisal process. Taking a full 14 business days almost made us cancel due to the fact that we would have been homeless for a few days.
