David Dodd to Andrew & Andrea were OUTSTANDING. They we so helpful, professional and friendly. Every time I called them with anything from a question to responding to something they requested, all them were super patient and informative with me. I couldn't have asked for a better team to help us throughout the process right until the very end. I definitely will recommend the entire team to anyone that asks about a lender. (Veterans of course.) Phenomenal is the one word my wife describes the team, and I concur. Cant say enough great things on how they pulled us through til the end of the process. The original monthly quote was given with a 4/1 arm at 3.75 without an explanation. Deeper into the process I had learned the rate would be at 4.5%.
