My home buying experience with Veterans United was great. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me in depth to over come any obstacles that arouse. I've already made social media post and actually referred fellow Veterans to contact my team directly.. Overall great process, great loan officers. Everything went rather smooth, especially for me being a first time buyer.

Chris Thornton was horrible. We didn't know what was going on most of the time. He did not communicate with the realtor at all. We didn't know we were closing till less than a week before hand. All I received to any questions were short answers. This was the worst experience ever. Brittany yount was amazing and actually helped us when we needed it. Because of chris and this experience I will not recommend them to veterans united ever. You are supposed to help veterans not leave us broke and trying to figure out what our next step is. The rest of the team was good but that didn't help from the specialist making this so hard
