The team was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was what you called living in the stone age not computer savey and you to doing things the old way. On top of that i work at knight so reaching me wasn't easy. But Devon and Elain showed patients not just by the information but returning calls even when they had other projects and making me feel as a priority. Once again Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
Everyone was outstanding. Kay Jay went above and beyond as we are out of state and I always had so many questions!!! Then Melissa came in at the end to help and answer my 20 questions!! Staff was very helpful. Some nuances on the site asking for documentation then being asked via email was not as fluid as you would expect. I brought this up and the agency made corrections in a timely manner. Not unique to VU is the last minute "Underwriter" comments about needing X,Y,Z 3 days prior to closing when all the documentation has been idle for days

Kyle and his team were top notch. I'm more than satisfied with the level of service and professionalism I received and I would recommend VU to anyone and I would use VU again in the future.
My loan officer took the time to help me uderstand what my option are and the best course of action to take. He was with me every step of the way making sure everything with my loan went smoothly as possible.
My husband and I both have a 8+ credit score. We had only one car note and a loan that was in our name that our son paid every month. (we had proof of that) Our home is paid for and is worth 275.00. We had to pay off our car, and my son had to refinance his boat, which cost him to pay closing cost again and taxes again. Totally not expected, and not necessary. We have had two VA loans and have never gone through such a hassle .
