The final closing documents were the rough area of this process and I was sitting at the closing table while they were still being printed.

There could have been more fore site in the handling- ie, realizing that I had no credit cards, and last credit activity was 15 months ago. Also, the changing of the Closing Worksheet the day before closing seemed unprofessional.
