Shannon was on point on getting all the information and was streamed line. When a problem happened he was on it and fixed it quick. When the Problem was his mix up, he admitted to it and corrected it.
Justin Basinger helped for an entire year with my credit! He is a whiz when it comes to that part of the loan process.
The whole process was streamlined and easier than expected. Whenever someone found out we were using a VA Loan their first response was "Wow, I hear that takes forever and is a ton of paperwork". I never felt that way once.
