Kyle was the best and jen was the best they wlk me through everthing only problem i had was when my package was past to another officer when Kyle went on vacation they keeped demanding paper but would not explain why except that whats they way it is but when kyle got back it got all worked out and betweem kyle and jen it was great

Well, shoot, I could write for quite a while about all the positives of working with Veterans United. This is our third time working with them, and even more this time, the system they use to take care of their customers served us so well!!! We are getting a little older, and the ease of going through the processes to reach the final destination of closing out our refinance/loan, well, it was so straightforward I just can’t say enough good about their processes and sequencing. I would recommend Veterans United Home Loans to anyone looking to purchase their home. The whole team was great to work with and they answered all my questions. The process was quick and easy. I did not have any problems with anything. It was easy breezy
Throughout the entire process veterans united and every member that i had contact with was more helpful than i could have ever hoped for. They would call even when we had everything completed just to check in on us and ask how we are feeling and if there was anything they could do for us.
