Lance and Krystal did an outstanding job processing and getting my loan approved and ready for my close. In working with Toll Brothers, I am sure it added extra steps to the process but they did a great job through the entire process!

There were 6 weeks between me picking up the phone to call Veterans United and actually moving into my first home - amazing timing compared to everything I've heard and read about home buying process. Everything went very smoothly and communication was top notch between Luke and her assistant Amber Brown.

I got a great, competitive, rate from you all and I appreciate that. I didn't appreciate calling and leaving messages for urgent tasks that I was told I needed done Asap then a minute after leaving it, receiving email responses. Or the fact that we couldn't close on the date given a week after our initial closing date because of paperwork that was brought up that was needed done on a Friday at 6PM ET when the coordinator took off the day before. Which resulted in the home owner having to fly home to Wyoming thus further delaying the process due to power of attorney paperwork going through. I also drove overnight from south Florida to Alabama the night before closing when we finally got to Alabama we decided to call the title company the morning of closing and was told nothing was scheduled to close with them! (They eventually got the paperwork in though, last minute.) Granted, we were all over the place the owner of the home in Wyoming, my wife and I traveling cross country from Alaska. Again, I understand that I wasn't the only loan going through, you all weren't making a lot off of our loan and our buyer/seller situations were a major Charlie Foxtrot but it was things like the ignoring phone calls that I will explain to anyone interested in getting a loan themselves who ask me about my personal loan process and the last minute paperwork issues.

dedicated. Chris is the type of professional rarely found in any field. His honesty, ethics, and genuine concern for his client was obvious and refreshing. I won't hesitate to recommend Chris and Veteran's United to anyone I know contemplating buying a house using VA benifit. Any comany is only as good as its's people and with Chris, Veteran's United is an outstanding company.
