I think ultimately this was a good experience but there were times that I felt like staff were just negligent. There was a push at the end and it happened but I felt like they didn't stay on top of it like they should have.

Lots of paperwork but very thorough
It would be more helpful if all of the necessary documents could be noted ahead of time so that when required the customer would not have to do a last minute search or request them from other sources.+A list showing ahead of time what might be needed would help keep the process moving,
The loan process wasn't without it's issues but the team got it done in time and we were able to close.

The whole process with Veterans United was very simple. I always knew at what stage in the process I was in and if any additional items were needed.
I would but I would also tell them to reach out to others too. Many questions I asked and calls I made were never answered.
