For a first-time homebuyer, Veteran United made the process stress-free and easy. The only thing I had to focus on was finding the right home. They provided me with an excellent realtor referral, and Cesear guided me through the entire process. It was an absolutely amazing experience.
While Clint and Ruben were great, your underwriter and loan coordinator seem a little bit suspect. I get that their job is to scrutinize every loan however they completely failed in their duties to look at our complete credit and buying potential. I get that our buying and living situation is unique and that while I will be commuting for my job for a short time that will not be permanent and thais house IS going to be our permanent location so you should probably consider trusting a veteran when he or she says they’re going to do something. I was very disappointed in this aspect of the process. I would absolutely work with Clint and Ruben again, but if you scrutinize all of your potential buyers this way, I’m surprised you ever actually get any business. SERIOUSLY
My whole team was incredible! I can’t speak for the entire MyVeteransUnited company, but if I have my way, 100% of my friends will be using the team I had. I can’t speak higher of how amazing my experience was. I have no issue shouting that from the rooftops. I honestly didn’t have a single headache that they didn’t address with speed and efficiency. It was like dealing with trusted friends. I wanted to invite them for a BBQ!! Truly an amazing experience.
