My biggest concern was the lack of communication with my realtor, it put us in a bad spot and leading to being blindsided as many things I didn't understand and caused some stress for us, but otherwise great experience.
The outstanding customer service began with the initial website inquiry and the initial phone call an hour later. It was late at night and Ashley was on the other line asking how she could help. From then on, she and the rest of the team were flawless and simply amazing to work with. I would and have recommended them to colleagues. Thank you for the support!

Near the end I felt the coordinator lost patience with the insurance company. I agree the insurance company needs improvement but if you become impatience it only complicates the matter. I was forced to talk with the insurance company while Veterans United Home Loans was on hold on a second line as a go between to get things sorted. It was not difficult but did require patience.
