Samantha Walker is that employee that your company can't afford to to loose. She used her personal time to guide me through this process when most people would have waited for Monday and let me twist in the wind. She is very knowledgeable and things that were in our control went as planned. I can't say enough good things about her!
Our overall experience was great. Very Fast and efficient service. The only hickup was the term earnest money. I hadn't heard that term before in any other real estate transaction but turns out it was the deposit to secure the transaction. I would suggest if you are using the term earnest money that you put (deposit) next to it! So the lay folks understand!
