Your bonus programs and interaction with VU Realty could be better presented to the consumer. Molly was friendly but in my opinion mis represented the bonus/rebate amount for our transaction.
This whole process was a mess. We ended up closing 3 weeks late (VA inspection took a month and it just didn't seem anyone was concerned about getting the job done) and our loan team just didn't seem interested in what was effecting us. Our son is autistic and being displaced for 3 additional weeks was hard.
The whole team was incredible. From starting out in the lighthouse to being moved over to Erin and Jeff, then being transitioned effortlessly to Adriana and Mason. It was very smooth.
