I am a United States Army Paratrooper ETS as a specialist. I was at my laptop and noticed noticed Veterans United Hoam Loans advertisement showing that many veterans are not taking advantage of all the benefits that r avaiable to us. The past prior tear i have been working on my credit score and saod what the heck let me give this a shot. I did a pre qualifying application took just a few minutes. Ur score has to be above 620 to pre qualify which my was. I first got introduced to Tyson Brockmeier who was a loan officer for Veterans United Hoame Loans. He was very professional and explained in detail what was needed to go from pre qualify to pre approved now the ball was in my hand and i ran with it not looking back. Tyson was consulring me via phone every step of the way. Once i got pre approved for up to 150,000 he then sent me up w a realator in Georgia. They on a weekly basis sent me puctures of homes available in my area. I also had and independent realator in the Augusta. and North Augusta, South Carolina Area Tommy McBride. United Lians had no problem with me having another realtor on the team like Tyson said its r job to get u into your dream home. I finally saw a home in South Carolina that was listed by Tommy McBride Realastate Company Sherman and Hemstreet out of Augusta, Georgia off Walton Way Ext. Which they have a lot if experience involving getting veterans into housing. When i saw this house i knew it was exactly what i was looking for not to big not to small and the price was right. My next step was to notify my loan agent at United Tyson Brockmeier and let him know that i found a house that i was interested in. I told him that it was in South Carolina. He explained that he was not licensed to do business in South Carolina but informed me that was not going to be a problem one of his Team member in his office was. He then connected me w my South Carolina loan agent Vishal Patel another experienced, very knowledgeable and hardworking agent. I did not have to re do my paperwork that i started with Tyson it was like passing off the waund in the relay race in the Olympics. (Smooth) If i had a question or concern theyTyson And Vishal always answerer3my calks if they did not at time they always follow-up within a couple hours. And the always had the answer to my question. I highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans to all the veterans of all of the forces.
