Working with Jon McCarty was great. However, constant back and forth with the underwriter but yet not being able to speak with him was frustrating. The day before closing, more paperwork was requested from a 3rd party which pushed our closing for a week.
Aaron was great, available whenever I needed help or had a problem and was the real reason we were able to close as fast as we did.
Luke and Michelle were great. I did have a lot of trouble getting a hold of Beau on the phone which I did find troubling. I did however receive for the most part quick responses

All was going very well until it came time for closing my realtor and myself were having a hard time getting in contact with my Veterans United loan team in some crucial moments which delayed my closing date twice along with some miscommunication otherwise all was good.
