Closed on my home on Friday and the paperwork for the loan was never finished. My wife and I had to leave our household items in storage pushing it to the last day that we almost had to pay an additional $120 for storage. I had taken the weekend off and lost that causing us to have to move within a day and a half. This has caused us to have an incomplete move in and trying to do what we can after work.

They didn't give clearly stated deadlines for the various paperwork to be done such as with declaring which insurance we were using. Also the method for signing paperwork was tedious and not practical when we are in a digital age.

The team behind scenes did a fantastic job in closing my deal from start to finish. I think total time from start to finish was around 25 days. Although I primarily dealt with Ross, I know there is a whole team behind him that ensured that things ran smoothly and were quickly able to expedite the process.
