Great experience, to be honest I don't think it could have been better.
The service was fast. Every phone call was answered promptly. All questions asked were answered by knowledgeable personell.
Bill and Alycea were great to work with and I fully understood the reasoning behind most of the information they requested, however; the person that had the final approval authority didn't seem to have a good understanding of all the financial information provided and asked for more information or required clarification on items that to me seemed irrelevant to my overall financial position and our ability to stay in compliance on this loan.
John and Beau were awesome. They made our homeownership come true. Even with all our difficulties with your loan package they made it happen and walked us through the process. Thanks John and Beau

Our VU team provided excellent service and support throughout our whole loan process, and for that I am truly grateful. Response time was always quick and answers were always provided when needed, which is important for us who were unfamiliar with the process.
That process went very smoothly.
Almost switched lenders due to an issue with boundaries discovered during land survey. Was told that the by veterans united it could possibly be a deal breaker, but not until I had already put down a 500 dollar earnest deposit and payed nearly 400 in inspection costs. Would have been lost money if loan was rejected. Maybe try to move when you do the survey to an earlier time in the process. Thus would keep people from having to pay for something like an expensive inspection only to end up losing money. Would not recommend.
