The service was absolutely exceptional. Anytime I had a question the team was prompt to answer and the video/article lessons helped me understand completely each phase of the process.
I had a great experience. I originally started my home buying process with another lender. Long story short, VU made my loan process quicker and easier. I never had to worry about anything with my VU team.
Like anything it is a process, the only issue is them being in another state. Other than that Chris/Ryan have helped with everything.
