The Veterans United team was fast and effective. We would have closed on our refinance loan faster if we did not have issues with getting our documents ready for them to process. Next time we will diffenantly be faster in outlet end to make it process flow better. Thank you so much guys

Their online system was pretty easy to navigate especially since all of my required documents were already in digital form. I felt the paper copies of documents were unnecessary. Perhaps only send them upon request or if they are deemed necessary?
