The staff was very helpful and always friendly to talk to especially Marcella. My wife had tons of questions and they took care of all of her request in a very timely manner.

Mike Pitts was great, he has been very helpful every time we have used Veterans United. Juliana was helpful but hard to reach. We received documents numerous times with errors and some documents were sent to our old address weeks after we moved.
