I felt like there was always some sort of issue with this company. Nothing was ever clear when a task arose. When I had questions they never seemed to have a clear answer. I felt very uneasy the entire time. Veterans United seems very untrustworthy. I would have switched lenders a week into working with them if it weren’t for the time constraint of how soon we needed to close.
