Tyler and Emilee,Were so patient and helpful. I was a very contentious estate situation! A lot of haggling involved and I had never applied for a mortgage before. They were patient, professional and made the process as easy as possible.
I knew nothing about buying a home and Dawn walked me through it and explained everything to me, great customer relation.
I was pleased with VU, especially since I had extenuating circumstances which they told me my situation was doable.
Veterans United was a good experience. I felt there could have been better communication between with the realitor. As a customer that used the realitor that was suggested by Veterans United, I assumed they would provide the same care you all did.

Listen, I didn't plan on buying a home 2 months ago. The stream line and ease of the whole process still has me amazed that I'm a homeowner in such a crazy short time. It literally was that fast for me and I couldn't be any more excited about it!
Poor communication
Heather and veterans United were such a pleasure to work with. Everyone we spoke to was nice and answered all questions. All the departments we went through worked quickly and kept us informed
Tax transcripts could have been ordered earlier. No call with congrats at the end. Would have been nice to hear that...
doug and adam were very helpful on all the requirments on the home lone process.
I could give you all a ten here if I wasn't told eveey three or four days that you needed info. I would suggest a checklist with a list of everything you need and a minimum of what is acceptable. All in all the experience was virtually painless.
