Veterans United came highly recommended from some very reputable friends and colleagues. As we neared closing, our team at VU let us down continually. Both the title company and our agent agreed that things happen close to closing, but not like this. Our team did not answer phone calls, return voicemail, and delayed closing even on closing day because they had the time of the closing meeting wrong. Luckily the carpet people were kind enough to get a late start.

The entire process had a lot of kinks. I felt like I was out of the loop the entire time. Then I requested paperwork several different times for it to keep getting kicked back. The VA team assigned to me was very disappointed and made me feel helpless and lost 80% of the time.
