Too many different loan officer, it should just be one that you deal with from beginning to end. Constant contact should be more frequent instead of each time they need me to sign something.

Joe was great! He made sure we understood everything and was on top of it! Joe did a great job keeping us updated! Only recommendation I have is to have more frequent updates near the end. Truely a great experince!
They did lose some paperwork, but other than that, great experience!
