I'm surprised on how strict your supposed to be that you wouldn't require a home inspection.i thought with going with this company you would look out for your veteran I guess not. After we bought our first home we find out the seller didn't install air ducts thru out the home and most of the floors were not put in even and u can see under the carpet in many spots under the house I can't believe we were sold a lemon of a house now I'm stuck with this junk. And if you're wondering I did request a home inspection from my realtor but she never gave us one but told us she did. We got screwed over by everyone

I was a first time buyer. I knew absolutely nothing about the process of buying a house. Marie, along with Kim Duncan were amazing. They took me by the hand and guided me thru the entire process. They both made themselves totally available for me. I really can't imagine going thru this with any one else.

When our loan got out of underwriting there was additional documentation the underwriters requested but no one told us until WE called 3 days prior to closing. Samantha was not in and no one had looked at it. At that point it was too late to make our closing on time. With our new closing date I was unable to attend the closing and had to do a Power of Attorney so my wife could sign. Our sellers had to change an airline ticket that cost them $400. We reimbursed the sellers for that expense but it cost us $400.
