I was very satisfied with the the process overall. I liked the educational videos that guide you from the moment you decide to buy a house all the way to refinancing. MyVU website is easy to navigate, upload documents and keep track on the "things to do". The only reason I did not rate it a 10 out of 10 is because of the hassle during the closing dates. I purchased a 4-plex, and I understand my property had challenges on itself, but it was a something that could have been avoided from communicating with the realtors better. I am happy that the issue was identified by my VU team and that it was fixed promptly.
