Our experience was very helpful, friendly & positive. We would definitely recommend family and friends who are looking to buy a home or refinance their home.
The only thing I would have to be negative about was the way they handled the down payment. We told them that we had a certain amount for just a down payment and the rest of the closing costs would be pay at closing with cash. They added our closing costs to the loan instead. We did not catch it in time to change it.
