There was some miscommunication with the loan paperwork from not being able to sit down across from someone & go over each page & be told what expenses would come out of pocket which caused a lot of stress on my financial situation as a single mom.
it would have been helpful if all of the required materials needed were asked for up front, the process would have been a lot quicker.

The lack of communications from Ryan's assistant was a major factor in the level of frustration that I had in the end. Had I had the opportunity to work solely with Ryan I think that the process would have been a better experience.

The loan officer assigned to my case was amazing. Super caring would be an understatement. I was and still am happy about my first home purchase, but Anne Kuster seemed just as excited and happy as I was.

There were clerical that almost had me pay out $2,500.00. It took Jason Houser and the Houser home team to talk to the loan officer Jason Brown to get everything cut down but still cost me almost $1,100.00 of my own money.
