Our situation involved selling prior to buying in an out of state situation. We were preapproved w/VU and in hindsite I feel that it's important to keep ALL paperwork with you even if it's already been submitted to lender. I'd also suggest to loanee to take something other than a smart phone.Other than that, process was smooth and faster than we heard VA loans typically take.
My fellow veterans: if you ever need the best customer service for obtaining a home loan I urge you to call RobWeigand of Veterans Home United without hesitation. It would be the best decision you have ever made. I hadprevious problems toward getting qualified and Rob went above and beyond the call of duty to help me get my dream home.
