Underwriters are very selective of approving loans.
The only bad experience was using the recommended real estate agent!

The only issue I have is this: Most people assume that "closing costs" are inclusive of all of the "costs at closing". The money people have to pay or receive back at closing is not all lumped into closing costs. This is valuable information.
