The Veterans United made the process so-o simple. Their "to do" list always let me know what needed to be uploaded and the uploading process was very easy. Even going back to upload additional documents was easy. They also processed our loan in a very reasonable amount of time and kept in touch with us the entire time the loan was being processed. All mortgages should be this simple.
My husband and I got tired of resigning documents because of mistakes on their end. We are still awaiting documents for home insurance. This will be the 5th time in resigning. We’ve already taken possession of our home. I don’t think communication with one another on the team went well
