Process very easy and the customer service awesome
Every phase of the process was handled expeditiously and professionally.
We were a little frustrated about the timing for notification for some of our paperwork. At times it seemed as though the underwriter was the one who noticed missed items instead of it being noticed earlier and included with the other paperwork. Overall though we were very pleased with our experience.
The system is great and easy to use. They really want to help veterans to get into a home

2nd loan I've gotten through VU. Josh Salicco has been my principal contact on both loans. Josh has done a more than outstanding job processing my loan and answering my many questions, both in the office and even when he's not at work, from his cell phone. Truly a professional. Andrea was the best loan officer we could have had.. very professional and responsive during entire loan process.
During our loan process we hit some unforseen road blocks i.e. repayment of a previous VA loan due to foreclosure and receiving a firm job offer letter for my spouse so she could be placed on the loan application as a borrower. Veterans United hung in there with us until issue was resolved.
