The whole process was smooth except for having to keep going back and forth to submit more things after being told everything was good. I feel like I had to jump through more hoops to refinance then I did to purchase the home.

VNU is an great group to work with. This is my first time buying and they helped me through it.
It was a bad experience all a round. I had submit paperwork more then once. It seemed the underwriter did not talk to the loan officer for what they needed. I waited this long to response to see if I felted better about the experience I still feel the same.
