The realtor you guys recommended in Colorado I think she has no idea what she is doing. She tried to charge 1k for setting up, 1k for photos and 1k for trash removal. Her cleaners was a no show and the handyman was a no show. The week the house went on the market she when on vacation

Any questions I had about the loan, he was able to answer promptly. He also was able to creatively crunch numbers to give me the payment ranges that best worked for my budget. The loan officer team and concierge all handled me with great care, and were the best parts of a stressful home buying experience.
