Addie now has a special place in my heart for all her hard work and for putting up with my constant questions. Bless you!

The loan team is very knowledgeable with loan process and is very friendly, at no time do you feel wondering about anything. Veterans United is very personable with the Veterans needs and always looks out for your best interest.

Rick and his team were outstanding,,,Underwriting could use some help dragging on with additional questions ignoring the fact that I'm a disabled veteran, have purchased and/or refinanced 6 homes through VA, and have a FICO score of over 820. I can see if you are a first-time buyer or have an average FICO score, but some of the questions on the to-do list seemed inappropriate to me. I understand they have a job to-do, but I think they went overboard asking for information that was readily available in other formats that I previously submitted.

The origination fee at VU is my only gripe. It was explained that because everything was done in house was justification for higher cost. Usually, cutting out the middle man reduces cost. Just a thought.

All I can say is Thank You. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

If you're looking to use your VA loan to buy a home, Veterans United should be your first place to call. They put together an outstanding team to handle my loan process. From answering my calls on the weekend to helping me find everyone I need to contact to set up the various utilities, Veterans United had my back from start to finish. And given the competitiveness of the current housing market, you need a well oiled machine to make buying a reality. Overall, I would give Veterans United 10 out of 10, they are true professionals. I'd like to give special thanks to Bobby, Meredith, and Amanda for their part in helping to make buying my dream home possible.

Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!

Overall this company has been great and I would definitely go through them again.

Veterans United is a smooth start to finish VA loan provider. Very streamlined experience. With little to no hiccups other than the happy unexpected ones of closing and getting money back.

Absolutely the best experience. Everything went smooth and there were no issues. Highly recommend Matt, Amy and Jordan. Great team!!!

I was quoted an inaccurate percentage down payment - a difference of nearly $15,000. The rates were horrible and I wouldn't have used them had they not told me the down-payment was so low. Seems like a slimy sales tactic. The compensation for their nearly $15,000 mistake was to credit $800. Then they had extremely untimely replies completely lacking any type of accuracy or punctuality. I think the organization should remove the word veteran from their name. They didn't reflect it in any way.
