Incompetent loan officer in the beginning. All her work should have been reviewed to ensure accuracy and prevent issues that created added stress that was not needed or necessary.
It took a long time for the appraisal to come through. It came at the least minute. The request was out in July 6 and doesn't come in until a few days before scheduled closing date. Was very nervous and had to renegotiate the price. Constant emails back and forth. Don't think that's the fault if your people, but maybe should have gone with another appraisal company after a couple weeks of not being it.
Mixed feeling, some of the questioned that held up my close was answered in pre-qualification show not have been needed again.
Jess Vomund and Eric Raw were excellent anything I needed no matter the time of day they were there helping and guiding me through it. This is my second time going through Veterans United and I will recommend this to everyone I know. We love our new home!

Our loan officer started off professional and courteous. The overall experience was poor and we would of never gone with VU if we would of known our loan officer would of allowed her personal evaluation of us to affect closing.
They followed through in a timely manner and stuck with me from beginning to end.
