But our realtor was very nice and did a walk through via Skype and she did everything she could to make us feel right at home when we pulled up for the first time. We worked primarily with Joe Ferling and Joe Hooker. As difficult as the sellers tried to make this process, Joe and Joe were phenomenal!! Their response time to questions by phone or email received extremely quick responses. I know they had other clients but they made us feel like we were their ONLY client!!
