It was a great process overall, there were setbacks but the team handled everything very efficiently. I know banks have numerous loans at a time but they certainly made it feel like mine was the only one and the most important. Great service, timely and overall experience. I felt left out of what was going on. My circumstances made my closing special so it took longer. During that time I I felt like I was was not receiving updates. Also they had no idea how to work out my money situation since I don't get paid by the hour or salary.
