Though the automated system (documentation/notification) was great, this was my 3rd home buying experience (and should have been the easiest) and it was by far the worst overall.
The process was easy and efficient in knowing what document received and what is outstanding. E-signing is a breeze to use.
I believe that all fees should be discussed with the client. Some seem excess.
