My one and only concern was that I was asked for the same documents several times - as if they had lost them. (nearest living relative and address certification)
Eric and allison worked very well on my loan. It was my first time buying a home and they made literally everything a breeze in my eyes. I want to thank them and the ones behind the scenes that worked on it as well that I wasn't in touch with.

The process was step by step but I was asking my realitor questions more then asking loan officer only because they didn't pick up or return calls, unless you called basically complaining stating you've called and trying to get ahold of a rep.
