I want to thank Alex and the team for all of their help. During this process, I unfortunately lost my mother and the team was very understanding and worked behind the scenes to give our family privacy but also move the process along. They also sent us a wonderful condolences gift.
The team was consistently responsive and did an excellent job addressing all of my questions.
I encountered some frustration with how Veteran's United loaded To-Do items. Instead of providing everything at once, they would load a few tasks each day or every other day. Given that I was working under tight deadlines, having a comprehensive list of all the tasks I needed to complete at the start would have been incredibly helpful and saved me valuable time.
Overall, I appreciate their support throughout the process.

I was overwhelmed with the amount of paperwork required, but I think that would be the case with any lender. The bottom line is that all the reps from VU were right there to help me with any questions I had and made the process much smoother.
