I was able to get all of my questions answered, I was informed about things I was not aware of and it was a pleasant conversation to boot. It was so comforting knowing I had these three individuals working hard to get me into my first home. The day before closing something came up last minute that looked like it could delay closing. It was an over all great experience, the whole team was very helpful answered all my questions, they also gave me tips. And educated me on house purchase which as a first time home buyer it’s very helpful information. I would definitely recommend every single person that worked with me. I am so thankful and feel lucky that I got the team that I got, everything was great from them gathering information, getting me pre approved and even connecting me with a realtor. They always had good communication with me and also between the team. If I had any questions that I would ask my realtor she would send the questions immediately with Rachel. For me it was a longer process due to the time frame I had. Even though I had to wait some time, they kept in touch and see how it was going.
