The process for the home buying and loan process should change. There is no point in putting in an offer in a home when you don't know what the appraisal of the home is going to be. Specifically when your loan amount is determined by the appraisal.

I felt like, for the most part, everything was straight forward and easy to follow. When i had questions, they were answered in a timely manor. My only negaticlve feedback was when id missed an email about some information that was needed from me, i didnt recieve a follow up for nearly 5 days to handle what was needed and this pushed my close date back.
