This was the simplest process from beginning to end. Bryan made us aware of expectations in the beginning and he stayed in constant communication. There were never any surprises. If we were asked to provide any info, we sent it immediately. The key is we sent everything they asked for in the beginning and were pre-approved. It really decreased the amount of extra info they needed.

Helping get my credit score raised they were very helpful and totally professional, but once i was turned over to the loan department they gave us in writing the amount of closing. then instructed us to raise the cost of the home to cover closing at one point Neal said i would get money back. then after getting our CD we ordered a $3000 check for closing and had it overnighted on the 26th of June. Then Neal called at 430 Thursday and say we needed a check for $7498 and it was like no big deal, not to mention that his math was all wrong still and was not fixed till 230 pm Friday and we had been at closing sense 800 am. and if had not payed this last minute increase i would be liable for 10% of the house price $20000
