Everyone was extremely help and prepared us through out thr process.
Began pleasant - minor hiccups. Turned poor at closing. Despite my efforts to be proactive, staff generally reactive. Worst part - closing specialist changed loan (costs) night before closing without attempting to notify me - totally confusing.
