If there credit needed a little repairing then I would recommend family and friends because I think the lighthouse program is a game changer.
I would not have been able to buy the home without veterans united. Especially the lighthouse program.
There was some mis-communication, and lack of personal information privacy with whom my documents where sent to at my work. Anyone could have gotten this documents if they said they were a manager even if they were not. Smaller businessed like I work at should be asked who the documents to go too since the owners are the HR people. This was not the case, a resident bar drunk that posts on our FB for us obtained my information. Very upset about this. Also did not know there was an issue prior to closing until the business day before I was originally supposed to close, and after I sent an email asking for an update. Seemed to me like the ball got dropped and my closing date was overlooked. Lastly the clear to close was never sent to my title company when I had it. So I had to close on a Friday and now wait until Monday to obtain key which is very inconvient since I planned to move in on my days off.
I am very grateful for the efficient and professional assistance throughout the loan process. All involved were very helpful and kind as well..

The staff was very helpful. Got a little touchy at the end tweaking numbers and the Federal Disclosure forced a delay. But Ashton and Chris also my financial gentlemen was awesone.
